The Oregon Ducks walked away with a blowout 39-7 victory the last time they visited the Big House to play Michigan in 2007, so it only makes sense their uniforms will honor that history when they return Saturday.

Oregon released a hype video for its "Final Generation O Combo: Warp Speed" jerseys it will wear for the Big Ten showdown and fittingly had program legends Dennis Dixon and Jonathan Stewart introduce the threads.

After all, it was Dixon and Stewart who spearheaded the efforts in that blowout win with the running back reminding the Wolverines, "We turned that place into a library. Quiet, real quiet."

Dixon started his 2007 Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year push in earnest with that performance against Michigan.

He carved the Wolverines' defense up to the tune of 292 passing yards, 76 rushing yards, four total touchdowns and zero interceptions. It was far from a one-man show, though, as Stewart ran for 111 yards and a score while the Oregon defense shut down Chad Henne and Co.

It was a brutal result for the Big House crowd that was already on edge following the stunning loss to Appalachian State the prior week.

Frankly, the 2024 Ducks should have no trouble silencing the Michigan crowd once again.

Oregon is undefeated with wins over Ohio State, Boise State and Illinois on its resume. It is eyeing a run to the Big Ten title and College Football Playoff, and a struggling Wolverines team is the next obstacle standing in its way.

Michigan looks nothing like the national champions of a year ago and is 5-3 with double-digit losses to Texas, Washington and Illinois. The Ducks had no trouble with that same Illinois team that cruised against the Wolverines.

Don't be surprised if another blowout is in store, and Oregon is going to dress the part Saturday.
